The Financial X-Ray is a one-time, free diagnostic. You share your financial data — accounting exports, bank statements, whatever you have — and we return a five-page document with two or three concrete findings about your business: where the margins are, which costs drifted, how you compare against your industry, and what to do about it.
It is not a sales presentation with generic charts. Every X-Ray is built from scratch with your company's real numbers, with the same analytical rigor we apply in our recurring engagements.
How it works
First, fill out the application at the bottom of this page — it takes under three minutes. Second, if your company is a good candidate, we contact you on WhatsApp to agree on what data to share and how (everything is handled in strict confidence). Third, on a thirty-minute call we walk you through the findings, and the document is yours to keep, whatever you decide afterwards.
Who it is for
We work with small and mid-sized companies — typically manufacturing or services — whose owners want to understand their numbers better than a hand-updated spreadsheet allows. We do not accept every application: if we cannot see a clear path to creating value for you, we say so plainly and do not waste your time.
